That would depend on how much of his own private time he'd like to commit to such a thing. From what I gathered from the article, Cavill values what little privacy his celebrity status can afford to give him, and video games are about the only thing he has that can provide him an escape from it all.
Yeah, Cavill is a big time nerd that loves videogames and all that, but he really seems to be a very reserved person outside of the public eye. He doesn't have a twitter acount and his facebook and instagram page seems to be mostly promotional content run by a media manager. Also twitch really isn't a good place to have a conversation with your fans, unless you are a bit of a niche streamer, since chat and such usually consists of memes, attention seeking, racial slurs and general stutter.
I wonder if he plays multiplayer in Total warhammer? Anybody who plays online on the regular have meet each other a few times.
