Squirrels are murderous monsters anyway, regardless of how cute they look.
And they can survive their terminal velocity, people say. Which is impressive if it is true since most mammals cannot. And spooky.

I think they can easily survive it.

I believe even a cat as a 50% chance of surviving theirs. Of course the squirrel will do it more easily and without risk of injury.
