Definitely. We should play either tomorrow or next weekend. My opponent sent me his list.

    Glade Captain
Hail of Doom Arrow, Bow of Loren, Swiftshiver Shards, Spear, Shield

    10x Dryads
    Branch Nymph

    10x Glade Guard
    Swiftshiver Shards, Champion, Musician

    5x Glade Riders
    Swiftshiver Shards, Full Command

    5x Sisters of the Thorn
    Full Command

    Total: 748 Points

From what I can tell, it looks very shooty. All that Cav will run circles around my infantry, but if I ever manage to get to close combat it should be a massacre. The scenario is going to be kinda cool, with there being a river in the middle of the board and a 100 VP bonus for whoever controls it at the end of the game. There are two sides of the table, one with a hill, and one with a road that gives all models on it +1 Movement.

The lore for the start of the scenario:

Nka'loq's Cold One let out a bestial growl as he rode through the forest. He felt a brief feeling of unease as he passed huge conifer trees, extremely unlike the jungle trees of Lustria. His Cold One Rider patrol had been searching for it for weeks now. A patrol of jungle raiders had stolen a Sacred Plaque from a ruin near the coast of Lustria. A slann had sent Nka'loq's patrol over the bridge of dawn to the Old World to retrieve it, and after several days of searching, they found what was left of the raiders. Their corpses had countless black arrows sticking out of them, and the Plaque was nowhere to be found. Nka'loq's patrol went deeper into the strange forest, following the tracks of the ambushers.

    ...

Allora Silverleaf rode softly through the jungle. Glade scouts had sent word that a strange party of Lizard-folk had been reported within the boundary of Athel Loren. No doubt these strange creatures were aberrations of Chaos! She had gathered a small host of her most trusted warriors to slay these foul beasts. Among her host were five of the Sister's of the Thorn. They had joined for mysterious reasons, but Allora was not one to turn down the offer of help from the elusive and deadly Sisters. The Lizard things might be after the magical artefact that scouts had taken from a party of Tileans a few days earlier. In that case, they were too late. It was safely hidden away in the Gladehall of Argwylon. Anyway, soon they would all be dead.

    ...

Nka'loq shivered in the cold. Why did this forest have to be so marhlecting cold! His fellow First were equally unhappy. Oh, what he would give for a nice soak in a Lustrian hot spring! His chameleon skink scouts had spotted a party of Second marching out to attack him, surely they had been the ones that had stolen the Plaque from the raiders. They thought they could ambush Nka'loq. Foolish, so foolish. These may be the same second who stole the Star Stellae from Itza! Anyway, it mattered not. They had the Plaque. They would die. But the numbers of the Second greatly exceeded those of the raiders, although they were still easily defeatable. Nkaloq wished he had his trusty carnosaur Boqxal, but he had not thought he would be needed. He rode out to a small river, with a wooden crossing. Yes, this would be suitable ground. he would meet the thriving second here.

    ...

Allora rode out with her Glade Riders. As she reached the Twighlight River, she saw a vast host of lizard beings waiting for her. How? How could they have known we were following them? Regardless, we will surely slay them here. A large, scaled one atop a beast that those cursed Druchii rode let out a loud roar. Allora sneered in contempt. She would slay these cursed beasts where they stood. To do any less would disrupt the balance of the weave! She let an arrow fly towards the champion's heart, and the battle commenced.

    I hoped you liked it.

Alright, the battle is finished! It was the first time since the beginning of COVID that I played Warhammer so we were both a bit rusty on some of the rules, but it still went really well. The battle report should be up sometime tomorrow, lots of pictures taken.
