Astrolith Bearer done! Gonna start on the steg chief either later today or Saturday.
Edit: I realized after posting the spike plates on his back weren't painted :confused:. I finished them haha

Coming down the home stretch. He's ready for varnish then finally metallics. I decided to go for the starborne-ish galaxy stuff on his tail spikes, inner mouth, and palanquin platform. Gonna hopefully finish him up tomorrow/Saturday then knock out the chief and get to work on the remaining bases!
 
The steg itself is finished!! I was able to get the chief nearly done as well, he's varnished and ready for metallics. I also got all of the bases pasted, now just gotta let them sit overnight for the crackle paint to work. At first I thought the pink and purple would be to much, but tge gold/brass ties it togehter very good:artist:

Thank you! It's always hard to say until it's finished and you get a good look at it. Hopefully the blue base will look good as well. I was thinking all the gold might be excessive and would have liked to paint some of the details/glyphs differently to break it up but as it's a gaming piece for the tabletop it probably doesn't matter too much. I always wish I could do more but if I spend too much time my armies will never get done lol. Better to move on to other projects I guess

It's done!!! I'm calling it a night, but wanted to put up a quick post with all the recent finishes on their completed bases along with some pics of the steg chief as he's the newest addition. I'll post some full army pics tomorrow! I'm so excited!!!:D

And here it is, my fully painted 2k point Fangs of Sotek list! It's been a long journey but it's awesome to see it done, it's the first time I've ever completed an entire army! Just in time for Kroak's points to change o_O. Lol, I'll have to make some minor adjustments but it feels great to have it all done and able to hit the table top! Thank you to everyone here who's been following along the way, it helps a ton to keep me motivated and push to finish it!!! :D

I'm taking the army on vacation tomorrow for lots of games this week, when I get back you'll start to see some Gastlys, Haunters, and Gengars making an appearance here I think...:walkingdead::vamp::smuggrin:
