Thank you for your kind words. :)
I will slow down now. Decided to revisit my Seraphon to pimp the feathers. ;) (Maybe the stoneworks too.)

The last two days i made an Endrinmaster and worked on the desert table. Only the two centerparts are missing. You can see the current state below. I feel like i need two more high terrainpieces to make the table less flat.

Finished the first half of the shattered plaza. It feels boring to me now. :-/ Looking for solutions to spice it up a bit.

IMO it looks nice, but if you want to add something to it then you could use a metal color in some spots (for example on statues) to make them look like they had a coating once, but it fell off.

I did the same with my ruins. Mine are grey stone and some details look like they have a coating of gold leaf, rubbed off in some places.
On your light brown gold would not have a lot of contrast though. Maybe use some rusty iron in a few places?

Or you could add some more plants (not too many though, it is still a desert piece) or maybe a dead orruk or something slumped against a wall, with blood around him.
Or if you have spare Kharadron bits: some of those. Maybe a KO ship or something crashed onto the ruins.

Those pieces of scenery look very good. The metal parts bring some extra life to it.

    Keep up the good work!

Had a busy week. I sold my fyreslayers army, i played them only twice this year and they were all painted so i decided to let them go and order a Ironjawzarmy on sprue.

The crews for the KO ships are done.

[LoR looks guiltily at the Hierotitan that he still hasn’t based in the same time as Bartuk has painted an entire army…]

@Putzfrau convinced me to play 2x5 Guards in a Dracothions tail list. So i had to paint 5 more before starting the Ironjawz. inCollage_20211011_195746090.jpg

Started the new project as always by doing the first bases. I will add red pigments after the models are glued to the bases.

    inCollage_20211014_234354805.jpg

The maw krusha base has gotten so heavy, i will need a really good bond between model and stone.
