I’m currently working on the Leviadon for the Idoneth Deepkin!

I just have to wait until it stops raining!!

I’m using Contrast paint from the GW range for the first time.

    Thanks for the interest!

They really are a fantastic range!

I played a LOT of 40k previously but I have to say, the AoS stuff is incredible.

The models are (imho) much more detailed and cheaper!

It’s still raining atm so I’m going to work on some Eels I have that we’re already primed!

Can't wait to see them! Do you think you will go for a glossy finish on them to make them look like the slippery eels they are?

    Thanks very much people!

I’m really trying to raise my game (painting wise)

This was such a beautiful sculpt I couldn’t go wrong!

I watched the feather painting video on Warhammer+ for the inspiration on the feathers.

Next on the painting table is the Deepkin Leviadon!

Its a huge model so wish me luck!

    Cheers Lizards of Renown!

Well that didn’t go to plan.

I’ve nearly completed the Leviadon, problem is I’m waiting for 2 Contrast paints to arrive and we’re in the middle of a postal strike in the uk!

Still it gave me time to work on my first Bastiladon!

Absolutely loved this kit, it was easy to assemble in subs for a pleasurable painting experience!

As I said, great kit, I’m looking forward to working on more AoS stuff soon, though in the midst of this I want to update my beloved Krieg for the new codex!

    Thanks for looking.

You are completely right, Bastiladon is absolute breeze to paint. I really like those orange-red spikes you painted.
