    The intricacy on these is uncanny! Are they more or less delicate than they look?

    They're fairly delicate. The owl is a bit more robust because it is composed of two layers, with the back layer being a solid piece.

    Also made this little fellow for my wife (she really liked it!). Made from Walnut and Maple.
