That one looks to be much more labor intensive to me. The GW one is spring loaded so all you have to do is literally spread the grips and pop it in. Doesn't get any easier than that.

Yeah it sure looks sturdy but I am not sure if it is fun to find the positions for those screws/bolts/whatever they are...

If you do get one of each of these, Aginor, you should do a YouTube comparison of all of them! That'd be super useful!

Making more progress on my unit of Teutogen Guard!

I'm working on a couple of projects.

2nd unit of Sisters of Avelorn:

Dark Elf Medusa:

Putting together an old unit of Silver Helms. (These guys only came with 8 per box, so I'm keeping one out and try my hand at using Blue Stuff with it to make two more so that I can round out the unit to 10. I'm just waiting on an order of 2 part epoxy putty.)

AHAHAHA look at the hornblower in the first shot of the Teutogen!
I thought WTF is wrong with his head?? and prepared to ask for that, but then I looked at the other pictures and noticed it is his horn I am looking at. :D

They look very nice, and so does that Medusa model.

In that regard you might look forward to the new DoK models soon to be presented by GW. Rumor has that there will be new Medusas among them.

Yeah, I saw that teaser video of them! They look very cool! I really like the new Morathi model. She seems like a combination of her and Sulephet (her Dark Pegasus). I hope she works very similar.

The "troops" look like a mixture of Sisters of Slaughter, Witch Elves, Medusa, and Harpies. I suppose that's four separate categories of model that can be covered with one kit. What do you think, $60 for a box of 5? Lol. Looks like I might need to get my Blue Stuff technique down quick!

The big monster that was hinted at looks cool though. From the very vague glimpses the teaser gave, reminded me of a Cockatrice. Could be a Dragon of some sort though... Maybe the Lizardmen could use some of the parts from a kit like that to make a Quango? Might be a cool kit bash.

Thanks! Yeah, I didn't want to just make all that stuff dripping off her to look like blood (as most Google images show), but rather, like something you just can't quite identify! Something that makes you go, "Eeeew! What is that?" It also helps that it ties in with my DE army color theme. ;)

Tomb Kings rock. Period.

These however are for Grandmasterwang over on EEFL. Part of our big trade.
