Truly glorious! You have done some amazing work this year to be sure.

Really like that last batch of troopers, the purple works great as an accent color as do the green visors! :artist:

This is an absolutely amazing progress done though a course of a year! Can't wait for what your dexterous claws will paint in 2022!
 
I distantly remember from the mists of time that you were embarking on a Star Wars Legion Episodes I-III project, and have given you a suitable like-bomb after seeing how fantastic your Clone Troopers and Battle Droids are. As a Prequels fan in particular I adore the Clone Wars Legion models, and you've certainly done them justice! In particular I like the dark green sheen on the B2s - how did you manage that? I take it Biel-Tan green wash was involved?

Thank you for the like-bomb haha, I'm glad you approve.
The B2s were basecoated silver, then had a coat of the Ork Flesh contrast paint thinned a bit with Contrast Medium all over. Then I edge highlighted the whole model with silver again.
 
I've finished my Republic Specialists.

First off, here's my Clone Commander. I'm very pleased with this paintjob, especially the freehand owl design. Commander Strix, ready to lead the 79th into battle.

Next is the Clone Medic. I'm really happy with the freehand medic symbols and the little bacta tank on his backpack.

You are flipping expert at painting! I love the weathering effects!

If you don't already, I'd suggest going pro on commissions. It's that good.

Commissions are something I've considered, I just think I paint at too slow a pace for it to be worth it haha. I might potentially be doing one for a friend at some point though, they want the minis from a board game painted.

People pay for quality and if it's good enough they'd wait.
