You have a weird painting style. However they dont look bad.

I've finally got it, he looks very aquatic. The steg actually looks like it is underwater, awesome work. It is an unusual style, but I really like it.

Not sure if it is obvious in the photos but I am using a method called pre-shading,
combined with washes and some directional dry brushing. As well I am mostly using
craft paint for most colors, and Enamels for the Metalics, and some GW washes.

Dude, love the Stegadon, the shading and the highlighting is great, but I imagine that the picture makes the highlighted areas appear more "blotchy" than they are in real life. I preferred the two different colors of the hide, IE Yellow on the top and Orange on the sides, but the combination of the two makes for a stunning look.

--By the way, that Conversion is wicked :bored:

Yea it only seems blotchy under floresent light at extreme magnifiacation.
I will take some pictures under natural light when i'M done.

I plan on making this one Magnitized like the last one.
Probaly so I can exchange pieces between the two of them if I want.
But mostly I am disigning this one for the Skink Chief With the Steg Spear. :D
With the blow pipes, great bow, and other parts removiable.

Yea that a plastic Dino I converted to be an anchent steg with blow pipes...

I'l take some more pics of him tonight. ;)

Nice looking Howda! I like the way it looks old and has moss in the crevasses as well. keep up the good work man, can't wait to see it with the Skinks :P
