I just now noticed the edge highlight on the saurus frill! It was so well done I missed it the first time I looked.

It seems like alot of my work,
seems to come off as glare or reflections,
and it goes unnoticed, like my scale highlights, and metal washes.

I actualy have a big deamon skull thing under the saurus as well,
But I think I'm going to have to give it some more highlights so it shows up properly.

Always go with what you feel is the right choice to do, I found out that if I commit to any other strategies due to painting competitions or what ever I stray away from my initial plan and find my self stranded not knowing what to do next as I get to many ideas going to fill my head

Unit fillers are always quite cool and a great chance to use more of those bitz I'm sure you have pounds off.

As you can tell from the back two rows, I still have quite a few to paint.

Next I think I'll take on 5 more of my remaining 10 hand weapon saurus.
(plenty of spear saurus and blowpipe skinks left)

Im just getting back into warhammer. I used to be into the online game and have a few lizardmen figures. I found this site and fell in love. I saw your custom brontosaurus and wondered how did you attach the howdah? Did you use one from a stego? Also, if you could do you think you could give me a list of your collection. If you can't it's fine, I don't want to be a bother. Thanks

Hot glue, not much else would stick

last count a few years ago it was over 7500 points worth of lizardmen
haven't got any of the new 8th edition models yet, trying to paint what I got first
Pretty much everything from 7th edition

I got another Rank of Hand Weapon Saurus in the works... Hopefully I 'l have them done this weekend... o_O

Hmm... next i'll either pant anohter 5 HW saurus or perhaps some temple guard...
... or posibly go crazy and paint some blowpipe or shortbow skinks.
