Hey @kroxh ! Long time since I have visited this thread, I need to go read through it again .

Way back when I played these games I made my own table of random encounters, but here is one I found in my notes that I think was from the New World of Gold found in the old Town Cryers? Not sure if it is "official" without digging for the source I am afraid.
