SCE mentality should fit perfectly with 40k...
At least the one of the Knights Excelsior.SCE mentality should fit perfectly with 40k...![]()
Pretty much. Those guys seem to be the SS-Totenkopfverbände of Sigmar...Don't you mean the Knights Exterminatus?
Precisely.

Tomb Kings were always a niche army, even back in the good old days of WFB. Very few people played them even when they were readily available. That's probably the reason why GW scraped them in the first place. But then they could be like the Flesh-Eater Courts and be independent from Nagash, only allying with him in common cause, say, to destroy some SCE.
But if they were brought back, I would be more likely to start collecting TK because GW minis are far more accessible for me than Mantic ones, even though the Mantic Empire of Dust ones are cheaper and in some respects look better than the original GW ones...
Certainly TK would be able to gain more followers if they were introduced into AoS with a competitive Battletome. If they became the best army in AoS, then all of a sudden there may be loads of new Tomb King players, and many of them may wish to delve into the past and buy Fantasy TK army books and stuff.
That's because they are Space Marines and 40k lore revolves around Space Marines.SCE mentality should fit perfectly with 40k...![]()
Dammit I can't watch it with audio right now. But what I see sure looks interesting! Half-snake people? Are those Yuan-Ti or demons or Medusas or whatever those are called in the Warhammer universe?
I also see Half-Human Half-Tyranid people? Are those Daemonettes maybe? Because I also see mounts that look like the cool things Daemonettes ride on. Slaneesh?
And who is the dude with the spiky armor, sword and huge crown?
Is the gauntlet with the heart and arrows something I should recognize?
What about the symbol?
...so many questions....
That is clearly Morathi speaking. Mortahi was one of the leaders of the Dark elves back in the world that was. She was taken by Slaanesh, also known as the dark prince, but escaped somehow.Dammit I can't watch it with audio right now. But what I see sure looks interesting! Half-snake people? Ok so this is not Malign Portents related then? Maybe we should then move the discussion over to the other thread that @Xasto created.
That was my thinking as well. That is clearly Morathi speaking. Mortahi was one of the leaders of the Dark elves back in the world that was. She was taken by Slaanesh, also known as the dark prince, but escaped somehow.
Those snakes are medusae, they already exist in the game. The ones with the spikey hands, i would say are daemonettes. I do see some witch elves.
The spikey guy is a statue of Khaine, the bloody handed god. He was the god of murder before the age of sigmar, so i guess he survived.

Yeah that's my impression as well. The long awaited return of the Elves. I'll bet that it will be a very successful release. A lot of people are really clamoring for it.
I'll be curious what they do with the Keeper of Secrets. That model needs a revamp badly.Yeah that's my impression as well.
Elves and Slaanesh are quite often asked for it seems.
