Not sure I would like to see Karl Franz though.
...although the humans could use a leader that is cool and strong but not a SCE.

Yeah, on one hand I would like some of the old characters to return, on the other I want some new and fascinating characters that uplift The setting.

Great, the last story mentioned the previous result, so I would be delighted if the next story did aswell.

That's pretty much my opinion as well. A few old characters (also with an added twist like with Alarielle or Morathi) are nice but if you have too many it takes away from the setting instead of adding to it.

So we didn't stop Nagash, but we freed heroes of ages past. I dunno about you guys, but this sound like an opportune moment to bring back some of the old, now dead, Warhammer characters. Especially the part where they mention an ice-hearted queen, Sigmar touched hero and disgraced vampire aristocrat.
Maybe i'm just having some wishful thinking, but those sound like the Ice queen of Kislev, Karl Franz and Vlad von Carstein.

Not my favorite either, But I find it interesting as the ''Gheist-caller'' and the Mirror artefact might be hints at a future death release. There are, after all, rumors about a Nighthaunt related Battletome of some sorts!

So will I! I am still missing a Death army to achieve my goal of having atleast 1 faction in each of the Grand Alliances (Order, Chaos, Death, Destruction) and up to now Death doesn't have anything that really tingles me. This might be the army I've been waiting for!
