Link pleaseWow, "The Price of Apotheosis" may be about SCE (not my favourite stories) but man, it is grimdark.
Slaan wouldn't bother their arses getting outta bed for these magic-light mups running around.. I say if and when Serpahon get a look in, it'll be after the Malign Portents stuff plays out, AoS 2 kicks off and magic is going wild. Then they might step in and be like "lads, wtf?"
Either that or GW don't know what to do with Seraphon and they'll get ditched.
Me too. They are very notably absent in those stories.
On the other hand: they pretty regularly have a place in the lore and GW press. Battletomes of other armies reference them, rather new painting videos talk about them, they receive FAQs (that do not nerf them to the ground), and so on.
Compared with other armies like Brayherd, Troggoths, Warherd, Aleguzzlers, Lion dudes and so on I'd say they are still kinda high profile.
Sure. If we have learned anything from history then that nobody is safe, except the poster boys. (Chaos and SCE in AoS)But then so we’re Tomb Kings before AoS came around. They were one of the first factions to get an 8th Edition army book.

Yeah, but which ones?
There is hardly any faction nobody likes.
I doubt it. They will just get strung along with few/no updates.Either that or GW don't know what to do with Seraphon and they'll get ditched.
Fear not!I'm afraid of the second possibility.
From a story telling perspective, Lizardmen are a bit more difficult to deal with. They are by nature very different from the other races. I can't really picture a Slann having a casual conversation with a warm blood.Me too. They are very notably absent in those stories.
Yup... second in fact...But then so we’re Tomb Kings before AoS came around. They were one of the first factions to get an 8th Edition army book.
SCE! ..... unfortunately they are the least likely to get the axe.We just need to hope that if any armies get kicked out, it’ll be the awful ones we don’t care about.
