I also printed / laminated some warscrolls. Makes games much faster for me.

Magnificent blending work on the Scar-Vet, you've chosen some great shades of green there. Those printed warscrolls are looking pretty nifty as well, would you be interested in sharing them at all?

Hi, thanks for the input. If anyone's interested pm me and I can send the files (gimp).

Any idea what colour I should choose for the spinal scales...? I am unsure whether to take red/orange as the skinks so that I have a common colour for the whole army. What you all think?

Well I think red and orange would look good... Maybe add some yellow for additional highlights... And to give it a very small difference to the skinks without doing too much...

I'd go yellow, start with the light green same as the skin and build up to yellow, or you could start at orange near his neck and blend down to yellow at his tail point.

Hi again,
after a long break I am finally back in the hobby. Life kept me much too busy, but fortunately all things settled giving me time for painting and playing. So here's my finished scar vet.

I'd also like to thank everyone dedicating so much of their time to keep lustria available to all of us.

C&c as always welcome!IMG_20180414_173243.jpg IMG_20180414_173229.jpg IMG_20180414_173210.jpg IMG_20180414_173214.jpg

He is missing his hand! And his weapon!

But he looks fantastic, great color scheme

Trying to steal some eggs, eh? Now we know why rippers hate those toads...;)

The toad with the eggs is great!

Thanks a lot. For the green: I used waagh green as a base for the scales and VMC deep green for the skin. The skin was then highlighted by adding more and more bilious green. A final glaze with lamenters yellow and done.

Here as promised the weapons:
