AoS NEW *rumor*

I haven't stopped laughing at this thread since the release...........

Lots of people have been moaning for ages about the delay then.......

Some now moaning about snippets of info...

Cant wait for the actual release for full 'eeyores'.........

Just my opinion of course :)
 
I really hope the ziggurat will be better than it sounds at the moment
Sure it sounds thematic based on the jungle takes over but if "it’s a really thematic and entertaining ability" is all you can say about the rules I don't expect much

The Start Collecting box will be £60/80€/$95 based on the content

That SC is still a money saver. A good deal in my opinion. Still wish they were all 85 USD.

It's much much easier for people to be negative than positive, and people are drawn more to negative than positive.

Regardless, I am super excited. Can't wait for the upcoming faction focus.

You can garrison in it.
If it only has to be 1 inch form terrain/objectives then you put a shit load of skinks it in and the objective is pretty much yours all game. Or Saurus Guard. Being able to garrison is huge though.
 
I am pretty sure, that the new Command Ability is +1 to-hit to a saurus unit wholly within 18. It cannot be used more than once once on a same unit. Looks like shield now gives straight +1 save. ScarVeteran on Carno with 3+ save and etherial amulet? Yes, please! Skinks with 4+ saves in cover? YES, PLEASE!

Btw, did someone noticed tokens? There are names of Slann's Great Constellations, so they are not our battle trait, like SC chambers. Also, Celestial Apotheosis from our lore is in place. I hope, it now heals D3 wounds now. Also a new thing called Extended Astromatrix. What could it be?

And yes, now new models. Told ya!

I am celebrating, because good new rules is more important to me right now to enjoy the game. And I am quite content with my monsters and I want to build my army around them. And when new models eventualy arrive, I will be able to celebrate once more. Isn't it better to celebrate twice?

But to all our Saurus fans bretheren - hold fast and wait for the better day. Your patience will be rewarded.
 
Ah finally the announcment.

Kinda bummed about no endless spells, but maybe the Ziggurat let's us do some cool things like jungles that eat people, let mountains explode / change them into volcanoes and stuff like this. Who needs endless spells when we can change the whole battlefield into one giant endless spell that is only controlled by us!?

That SC Box fits right into what i wanted to buy next, soo it excites me!

Let's see what this Tome holds for us, should be interesting.
 
I said that before, but once again - the very fake rumor that started the thread could be true, if would arrive a year later. Seraphon release in March, just not 2019, but 2020. Ironic.
 
I would like to see the terrain piece more defensively based... something like shots from >10" auto miss or something like that. (I think i've mentioned that before). Or once per turn creates a jungle that blocks line of sight (so our units cannot be charged while inside, but can then charge in our turn).
 
oh boy, the monster battleline ufff, but i don't know if is in a clan or in general. In the page of preview they upload a new video
 
huh, how fitting that the day i decide to go to the store to get some new paints and just off handeldy mention i wish the book would just hurry up already this dropped, yay

i like the Idea of the ziggurat, hopefully itll do more than just cause damage or something simple like that. its a terraformer for soteks sake! sudden jungle swarms, buffs for the lizards, and so on, lets hope they get creative
