Of course it's going to be usefull in specific situations, and possibly quite good at higher levels where a single move can make or break a game.. I'm just saying that in general rules that play around with terrain are fairly uninteresting and underwhelming in AoS as generally speaking there simply isn't a whole lot of terrain and the special rules that alter terrain so far haven't been too impressive. Hence I'm curious and a bit worried about what it'l actually be. It needs to be a fairly exciting and special effect, for it to be interesting.Terrain plays a big role at tournaments. If you can suddenly make that arcane terrain piece that all the enemy wizards clumped onto dangerous then you have a huge advange. Or maybe make it overgrown. Now all their line of sight spells can't be used.
That's specific to KO though, not to garrisons in general.

There is a Warhammer Community video on youtube. Link here.So my plan worked. Kinda like a reverse psychology thing. Said it wouldn't be today and it was lol. People are talking about a 3 min vid but I've only seen a 1 min one with the guy hovering and summoning his units
I thought the new Start Collecting box will be released alongside the old one, as that one contains all Saurus? If not, why didn’t they call this new one SC Seraphon rather than SC Skinks?
his spear lost it's rend he lost a ability to let friendlies reroll 1s to wound he now gets 2 hits when he rolls 6sSo what can we learn from the Saurus Oldblood warscroll?
Anyone spot anything else?
- He's getting more attacks and a better save
- Both celestial and demon keywords seem to be gone
- He is no longer bravery 10
- Wrath of the Seraphon seems to be his command ability, but I can't make out what it does.
- He does have an ability, but it does not appear to be the Stardrake Shield anymore.

It’s probably going to be decent, as with explosive 6s on say a maul could be decent. Also still buffable.3+ save is nice, but the fact that his melee profiles are basically the same is a bit of a slap in the face considering he's a bit of a chump in that area.
without the rend resistance he is slightly better defended but not by much he got a good comand ability but lost every thing else i think he is a slight down grade to a already bad unit3+ save is nice, but the fact that his melee profiles are basically the same is a bit of a slap in the face considering he's a bit of a chump in that area.
Lets hope the alliegence abilities can buff him up, because if this is the rest of the army we’re fuckedwithout the rend resistance he is slightly better defended but not by much he got a good comand ability but lost every thing else i think he is a slight down grade to a already bad unit

My guess is the alliegence abilities will have a big impact.it is not a good start no

I’m guessing the coalesced will get better wound rolls and saves while daemons are faster and get better hits. Fingers crossed they don’t mess this up
Oh shit, that actually makes sense. That would make the Oldblood a monster. Wouldn’t be surprised as ossiarch warscrolls didn’t seem outrageous initially, so there is a very real possibilityI see the missing rend on OB's spear and have a thought...
What if...
What if Coslesced get a universal +1 to rend? After Petrifex Elite that doesn't even seem that outrageous.
