But... but this way we'd lose the excuse for spamming them across the board! :p

The mighty NIGHTBRINGER does not require excuses! Spam for the spam god! :)

I propose we start a thread entitled "Tomb kings Enclave" and share our continued progress on our regal armies even with official support gone currently.
I do like @Lord-Marcus 's idea. We could create a small pocket of Tomb Kings content right here on Lustria. The Tomb Kings forum (http://z4.invisionfree.com/Khemri/index.php?) has great legacy content, but seems virtually devoid of any activity these days. Plus, since the whole photobucket event, many of the previous pictures are inaccessible.

Do you guys have any idea of where on the site you'd like such a thread. Maybe an addition to the Itza Gallery of Fine Arts, @Crowsfoot ? I know it is not Lizardmen/Seraphon content, but painted models even from another faction might please our esteemed paint motivator, @Crowsfoot . Or perhaps we could have it pinned somewhere.
:sorry:
Nice idea? Wrong Forum??
Lustria Online is the best forum. We have the best members, the best admin/mods, the best looking platform and best forum functionality. A small Tomb Kings section tucked away somewhere might not be too intrusive.

Would hardly be opposed to migrating the Tomb Kings here. Most of the old forums for stuff like the Tomb Kings have more or less gone dark (Not to long ago Herdstone, which was essentially the Beastman forum, which I frequented a fair bit, got moved to Tapatalk then, as far as I can tell, died), so trying to preserve the Tomb Kings a bit here wouldn't be a bad an idea, if the admins aren't opposed to it. Plus we seem to have a few Tomb Kings players here already. Would think it would be a new section on Misc., or maybe just a pinned thread on General Hobby/Tabletop Chat.

Edit: Thread*

That's actually not a bad idea, I will ask the question.

It could be called the Shrine to Lost Armies...

I like it. So not only TK, but also all the neglected armies that were "discarded" by GW but still live in our hearts.

An excellent idea! Certainly there are Bretonnian (@Warden) and TK (@NIGHTBRINGER, @Killer Angel) players around here, who would all use such a part of the forum well, as well as potential new recruits such as myself. This means Lustria could be a little hideout for the armies 'unloved' by Games Workshop. All would be welcome!

:joyful:

I think a subforum for "other tabletop armies" in the "General Hobby" forum would do the job (and also declutter that section a bit).
It would also be a place to ask questions (like I do sometimes) about other armies we play. Becasue honestly: I'd rather ask my question about my Death army here than on TGA.
As long as it is clear that the focus of this forum stays Lizardmen/Seraphon/Lustria/other Lizards I think everyone should be fine with it.

I like this idea the best... Somewhere specific for non-Lizard based discussions.

I can start a thread and sticky it, would that cover it?

Seems pointless. People can just start threads for armies anyway....

Bretonnia (Roundtable-Bretonnia.com) is actually doing OK. Old Members pop in once in awhile and there is a slow steady trickle of new posts. It is not just Warden.

That is awesome to hear. It's nice knowing that some of the old sites are surviving.
