Beg pardon. I cannot find a prior post by me in this thread. How did I get rated as a beastlord??

For the record 1) I owned a handful of metal 5th Ed Minotaurs 2) a small pile of plastic monopose goat men with oversized Poleaxes, but that was it.

 

Never fielded a Beastman Army ever. Closest I came was trying to use Chaos rules to cobble together an Army that could have been the Army of the White Witch from the first Narnia movie.

Updated list, the Warriors of Chaos have risen in the ranks, but the Chaos Dwarfs still retain the title!

Well this is my take on this coming from 6th edition back in the day.

• Chaos Dwarfs

Lizardmen have and likely will always be my favourite to paint and also play. They are the ones I can always count on to have a good time in the hobby.
I quite like the design of the elf factions but the tree folk take the top spot among them. I've not yet collected High elves but I plan on rectifying that soon enough.

I love the undead factions it's no coincidence my first boxes in AoS was Ghosts and then Skeletons

Maybe Chaos Deamons should be higher and the Goblin side of "Orcs and Goblins" but the rest is pretty much try and find a place.

I have never been a big fan of Ogres they just don't appeal to me, though they do make for a fantastic face for the enemy. As for Chaos Dwarfs I just don't know them very well.

 

Seeing the Chaos Dwarfs in last place hurts my soul.

The dash meant warband size.
Note (1), which was under Beastmen, indicated the figures I had were used as portions of other armies.

Like I said, I have a few Beastmen figures, and 9-12 Metal Minotaurs. Never tried fielding that army.

 

I really want this model for my Warriors of Chaos. Side note how are Tomb Kings losing ground?

 

Losing ground by virtue of the Chaos Dwarfs and Warriors of Chaos gaining ground. It's not that my feelings for my TK have become less, but rather that my appreciation for my Chaos Dwarfs and Warriors have increased.

The Warriors of Chaos were the next to dethrone them when I finally acquired my "unicorn", the Chaos War Mammoth. I've wanted that model for a very, very long time. I'm tremendously happy with it. It finally tipped the scale and put the Warriors of Chaos over the Tomb Kings.

 

I saw the footnotes, but as you had them listed, I figured you wanted them added to the list. Who am I to say what someone considers to be an army? I basically followed that if a person listed an army, I included it, unless they specifically told me not to.
