Blog Ritual's Army - Lizard on Lizard Action (For the Waaaaagh!)

Additional plan for my ever growing list of projects..

Add flickering LEDs to the Skullvane Manse to light up the windows and make it all spooky like. Ordered a pack of 10 LED candles with a remote(!) for £8! Going to rip them apart and put them on sticks that are supported from the bottom up into the tower - for battery changes.

More information on this breaking news to follow, once I actually order the Skullvane Manse after my birthday.

Will you stop!!!!!

Nice!
It is probably the easiest yo paint Forgeworld model but I like how it looks. :)

Edit: also cool OSL on the base!

Death being easy to paint in general is part of their charm at the moment! Getting some fully painted armies is high on my priority list this year.

The second Mourngul is being reposed so he might be slightly more interesting... Still easy to paint though!

My thinking as well, Seraphon 90% done Maggokin 95% done Death 50% done

Hmmm that's something that bothers me about Carnosaurs a bit. When I do another one (I want a Scarvet on Carno) I am not sure what I can do to really make it look different.
I don't mind the same pose on a Stegadon or Bastiladon, but on a Carno.... a bit.

Indeed... on a carnosaur it looks far more strange ... maybe changing the position of the head and the tail could help a little... as it would help a lot on a basti or steggy ...but I feel on a carnosaur there is something more needed to make them two different dinos...

It is amazing that they managed to make the Troglodon look so different, with just that fin and head and tail being different.

Don't forget the rider... who comes without saddle and sits on a different position... aside from being skink instead of saurus...
And in my opinion the difference is not that big... it's sill the same legs and claws and also the position and shape of the body are the same...

Great stuff with the repositioned mourngul… ghoul… dunno how that's actually spelled :banghead:

Thanks, it's coming along. It's all dried up now so I can starting painting it tonight.

Working on having a mass identification, packaging and eBaying operation going on in my office. There's all my Seraphon to go - that's the easy part - then there's two massive boxes of old stuff. Space Marines, Eldar, Dark Eldar, and Tyranid bits in there... Plus various others.

Mostly from late 90s/early 2000s, so going to take some identifying. Bought some raffle tickets, and some plastic bags, and I sense a big spreadsheet in my future.
