This model is fantastic. Going to be a complete dick to transport though...

Magnetised wizard #1 to base! Not as bad as expected, magnets seem strong enough to hold him there and pick it up by the model which is nice.

Next up... Adding details to the bases, I need to add some dirt and rubble about, maybe a few rocks. I also have a couple of gravestones I may use as obelisks. Tempted to get hold of some "statues" I can use as ruins for the larger bases too...

This is a fantastic model indeed ! Which one is it by the way ?
And let me keep spamming questions if I may ! Where did you find the tombstones / graves for the bases ? :p

It's the Amber Wizard on Griffin box, can be built with a couple of different riders... But I am blowing stuff up with this army ;)

I've never worked with metal models. Wasn't in any of the mini hobby scenes when metal was the norm.

I think I'd have a panic attack working with metal -- paint looks pretty smooth though.
