It's from a game set called Palladium Books -Rifts

I think its out of production though

The skink with with the cobra standard and the big blade... Second last picture... It's the older 5th edition model... Used to be on a small base... Standard resembling the plaque with prophecy of Sotek and blade is well his blade...
Edit: Just recognized that the blade seems to be missing on your piece... Can upload a picture of mine when I'm home... Or better if... Ruhr district is drowning right now...

Kroak is such a cool model. I guess you have some green-stuffing to do in order to complete his palanquin.

I'm going to look at making him a unique Palanquin instead I think - something Tomb like I haven't started brainstorming ideas yet

Yeah, so I was in track with the tomb kings stuff! Maybe a corpse cart. Mortuary or mausoleum would be cool too.

Yeah, I'll have to try cut his skink attendant out or green stuff something over his section to make him fit with it too

Could you get me an image of this kinda thing actulley a really sweet idea - i'd make it float like a ghost ship or like a saxon burial maybe with a huge pile of wood in the middle and some skink souls getting carried to the afterlife I don't even know but I need some art inspiration or model inspiration if u had an idea

I don’t own the rights to any of these, but a quick google image search should give a resource of materials. That last one is from a Reaper bones Kickstarter.
