That ia just snapshot of siblings playing. I plan to do group photo of everything lizardmen I have finished in last year as there is my first anniversary here on forum coming up soon.
Today is going to be massive. I have plenty of stuff to varnish and plenty of stuff to prime. And while it will all dry, I´ll be assembling second blight hauler. Spoiler: Pile of work to do
I finished basing last of infantry for Bolt Action 1000 points list. D-6 days. Edit: those 6 fellows in back are replacement infantry for when guys in unit fire fausts and throw them away.
Woohoo! Today is my first "birthsday" here on Lustria Online, so here is group photo of everything lizardmen I did during last year. Thanks to all of you for support. ... bloody hell, I forgot to put my 5(star)priests to group photo...
Friend who organizes that D-Day event I painted my germans for asked me if I can bring some cardboard objectives as he does not have enough for 4 tables. I told him that I will not desecrate official Warlord Games event by using some paper tokens and I quickly smashed together some old crates and whatnot I casted from Hirst Arts molds some time ago.
I'd be the same, I can't stand lesser quality, bit of a snob because I want things done a certain way, those look ace! Nice that you cast them yourself too.
Thank you I would probably be okay with paper ones for casual play, but it would be a shame to bring them to event. He needed 10 and I made 5, so there will probably still be one table with paper ones... Darn! I just realised that I have two boxes of Tamiya jerry cans and fuel drums here in the office.
I glued those jerry cans & oil drums and glued them onto bases. Rest will come tomorrow hopefully. Thank you, I am surprised myself with how many there are.
So... second half of poxwalkers is done. Only 30 more to go, but those are still on sprues, so onto the backlog they go for now. Here are my three favourite ones: Doctor Morbid, Shy pin-up influencer and fekal fetish rubber slave And I started working on Typhus and Biologus. My god, that is a lot of details!
D-day public play was today. It was amazing and we managed to play two games each. Maps and opponents were chosen randomly and as first game I played beach landing. My germans kinda ruined the day as they repeled US attack and basically chased them off beach with bayonettes all the way back to landing crafts. Second game was in Normandy farmland against British commandos and after long and tough fight, I lost 7:5. There were plenty of awesome moments, like when my truck filled with grenadiers arrived, killed piat AT team with MMG fire, then survived shower of bullets from arriving universal carrier that was destroyed right after by those grenadiers jumping from truck. Every participant also got small trophy according to his side. This is my axis one.
Sounds like a lot of fun not often I'd be rooting for the German's but sounds like you did good on the beach landing one
It would be silly to play all the games as trainings between allies. Someone always has to play the bad guys. Besides, apart from handful of national rules, all the units are basically blue vs. red.
