Well, they were shooting from all the way up the top of a cliff and took out one of the Podracers. Stormtroopers cannot even hit an unarmoured smuggler at point-blank range, and yet their described to be ‘precise’. Tuskens don’t have any such claim to fulfill.

Yes, but Anakin there target was in an entirely different pod. At least the Stormtroopers shot near Han.

I would say that Luke and Wedge are considerably higher than Hera Syndulla (Luke's Force-Sensitive where Hera isn't, and Wedge still has a higher Pilot Skill than Luke in the X-Wing miniatures game despite not being Force-Sensitive at all), and Poe should be higher than Hera but lower than Luke and Wedge (given that he's the son of two gifted Rebel Alliance pilots), but Anakin and Han should definitely be the top two.

What about Kylo, given that he's inherited piloting skills from both? I would say he'd be higher than Hera, Poe, Luke and Wedge but lower than Han and Anakin as we don't see that much of his piloting skills in the Sequel Trilogy (good job Jar Jar Abrams and Rian Johnson)

I would also say Obi-Wan and K-2SO are underrated pilot choices, but perhaps not good enough to be in the top 10 ;)
