Thinking of putting the coatl on an 80mm base with jungle swarms under it and doing an AOA warscroll

Maybe coming out from a temple ruin or something?

Otherwise, maybe just a cool display piece?

Anything it could be used for?

Starseer?!? .... wait you just made one right? Ummm.... it’s say you put it on a 50mm base and then you can use/proxies him as one of the chiefs, starseer, or one of the froggy!! And could also make a AOA warscroll as well... best of all worlds?!? In the end you know what you wanna do with it!! And I’m sure it’s going to look great regardless!!

Btw nice cow!! Congrats!!

Hey everyone, it's been awhile, but I have been busy painting regardless. I am still primarily focusing on Lumineth at the moment, as a Lizardmen/Seraphon forum I havnt shared as much here as it seems not as many people are interested in them (which given the forum I get) but none the less I am still planning to give small updates until I get back to Seraphon!

I'm slowly making my way through my boxes... and I mean slowly. I have finished my first Stoneguard, which I am very proud of! Using the same basic scheme as my Avalenor, this models I am painting are apart of the first half of my theme which is Fire & Destruction, while the other Half is Earth & Rebirth. The overall theme is Twins (Ilithia lore) and how twins bring balance to one another. So although fire is Destructive it also helps usher in the Rebirth of mountains, forests, etc. So I'm again winging it, but I think the plan in my head is rather solid. Another reason aside from the paint job that makes me proud of this Stoneguard is the fact that.... it got me featured on Gamesworkshop's site for the second time!! I am again just floored and honored.

The Floating Island I made is my first ever & with my first ever Waterfall too! It is for my Spirit of the Mountain base, it even has a small Alarith Temple on top of the highest peak. Lots of greenstuff on the bottom, otherwise just mud & color. Ill post some better pictures later when I've checked the resin is completely dried.

Looks great! Congrats again for being featured by GW!

:artist:Congratulations on your second model up on the GW website, still getting the name not complete ;)

I love the floating Island, nice use of the spare parts of both the giant cows.
Will this be part of one of your models or a just a cool terrain piece?

Keep up the good work, I really like these models and your painting.
So keep sharing please :angelic:

Grrr, Imrahil

That's your second one now right? You got the gargantuan cow and then this?
Yep! My Avalenor was my first, both are firsts for either model on the page however, which is extra exciting :)

The theme is coming along, the splash if green i have planned for My spirit of the mountain & it's designated Stoneguard will be a nice pop in a sea of reds, black and orange

I will certainly keep sharing :)

Thank you! Its really exciting! And again very honoring and humbling... but so exciting! And... yeah.... if I go 3/3 In my replay Im going to write to fix my name lol since they havnt seen my messages still

So the idea for the Island is for it to float infront of the Spirit, as if its defending its home temple like so:

Itll look better when the base is done & further away... which will look similar to my Avalenor base giving the illusion of it being huge

Another project I'll be working on to finish as I wait for paints is my Ridge-Back Stegadon :)
I started this last year and stopped due to no skinks and other stuff. Ill also be adding flamethrowers to the underside that i have primed :)

Finally primed the four Lost Kingdom Skinks for her and will be working on a base as well

That looks great already, I like the perspective you are creating for those massive cows ;)
I am Intrigued to see the end result :artist:

They look great together

Finally some Seraphon back on the table. Those Skinks fit perfectly on the howdahs
I don't think GW will feature this one on the site :p

Amazing work pace you've got going.
