Does anyone have any news on TOW?
Nope, GW have gone all quiet on that thanks to new 40K
Be prepared for a slow burn. The release is literally years away. They will be showing us only small glimpses and even those glimpses will be spaced out.
yes, but time is not on my side.
You are a mighty Tomb King... you are eternal!
...and soon my real age will become Slann-like.
That's just more wisdom!
I'd like to have the marketing dept the Slaan have, I'm not sleeping I'm meditating. Entire nation buy it! I'm more Tomb King, waiting in my tomb for the time to rise again! Also to tell people to get off my lawn
what a nice surprise to have you here.
On Khemri I'm Unas the Slayer. Different username, same avatar, same love for beings with cold blood, or no blood at all.
I recognized the avatar but didn't want to assume. I showed up here as I have started playing my Lizardmen again and tired of the old line "long time watcher, first time comment". Also it's nice to see other lovers of the Olde Worlde talking about the game.
Regarding TOW, we just need to wait. And then wait some more…
Which affords us the time for deep contemplation. Very much in a Slann's wheelhouse.
It'll be a very painful wait if all we are waiting for is a load of crazily expensive Forge World miniatures
Actually, I'm contemplating the universe… geez, a King cannot go away for 60 million years, and not-so-smart monkeys and other weird beings now rule the Galaxy? inconceivable!
That concept should make it easier to wait. Just treat it as a failure ahead of time and be pleasantly surprised if it turns out otherwise.
Probably the best plan, as then anything is an improvement, but still sucks,
That’s a good way of thinking about it, I was already rather negative about it given that they had definitely decided to make all new minis through Forge World (which I just think is a rotten idea as it’ll put off new and veteran players alike before the ruleset even arrives), so treating the rest of it as a failure won’t be much of a stretch
