Definitely the new Forge World versions. You mean the original top hat babylonians or the new, edgier metal version of the concept?

Possibly... I usually stick to GW. Not always, but usually. It is an option for others though.Momminiaturas

Yeah, like me and youI don't usually like to mix and match. The aesthetic doesn't usually line up, with a few exceptions.
Are you implying that we don't line up... or that we are the exceptions?Yeah, like me and you

Good to hear!We are the exceptions
I disliked both of them for different reasons. You mean the Dark Emissary? He was less of an Albion character and more of a generic evil character.
Well that sounds cool I actually really liked model originally I just don't have one in my collectionI disliked both of them for different reasons.
I took my Emissary and gave him a metal head from an Orc with a hugely horned helmet.
He became the Dark Orkissary.![]()

You get itYou have to admit that the Mantic Chaos Dwarfs are really nice models though - a halfway house between GW's 4th Edition models and the new Forge World ones, and I have to say they're the best option for anyone who wants to play with the whole army, whereas GW's new Forge World ones are just a portion of the whole Chaos Dwarf force, as well as being much more of a pain in the wallet. I think Chaos Dwarf players would be best off with having the majority being Mantic, especially as the Mantic ones represent the core troops you'll need more of anyway, and the collection being supported by small units of Forge World elites and artillery, as Mantic haven't covered the full collection of Chaos Dwarf war machines that GW have done with the new Forge World range.
