What are you doing today hobbywise?

Been doing conversion work today and yesterday on a Terrorgheist, been replacing just the head so far to make it part of the Bird ghoul army. Going to be doing some greenstuff work on the wings, adding hair/feathers in some places. I did mention these guys on the Warhammer Age of Sigmar page and they want to see more when I get more of them done :happy: A little comment like that made my day yesterday, especially how my head hasn't been that great so the miniature work is very slow at the moment.
 
Right now I’m cutting a saurus guard in half - then adding the torso to a Melusai tail...so chuffed with myself ;D (sometimes it’s that easy to make a cool model)

Yup at the moment it just looks like a Terrorgheist with a bird head.
I know when I make the Ghoul King I will be sculpting a new head, can't find enough specific bird heads. As these are based off Crows, ravens, Vultures. The main unit has the Tzaangor heads, the Flayers have the Thousand Sons bird head but I only have one at the moment.

That is true, getting my hands on the bird heads for the Flayers is a bit difficult cause you don't see them much on the stores. Maybe about 1.

Can work on making a slow pile of them, problem is that they will have the same head. Okay in small units but any bigger
 
Did some texture paint today on 7 zombies, carried on painting a few. Really need to get a move on once my head is feeling better. Did a bit of fluff writing for the monster bird I've been doing for the Bird ghouls (which is also called Ghoul birds) Need a proper name for them. This is when I'm stuck cause the interest in the birds from others and then there is my current WIP for the AoP being the MediEvil 20th Anniversary display. So many decisions
 
Worked on the Mortis Engine.
Still not doing the Carnosaur. Its rider gets impatient...
 
Finished the Swordmasters today! There will be pictures coming soon in my blog. The only clue I'm giving you as to what I'll be doing next is that I will be revisiting an army I haven't added to for at least 2-3 years now, and have been deserving some reinforcements for a long while now.

...and it was a debacle. :(
 
Basing another 6 Zombies today, that means 13 will be done. So close to getting the 20 Zombies done. The others will need highlighting then they are ready for basing. The big fight to get this done for AoP, waiting on the blue foam. Need to green stuff some extras for the board and some gap filling on other miniatures.
