What are you doing today hobbywise?

The plan tonight after work is doing gems on the bastilidon, should I paint them all Turquoise or should I alternate colors?
 
If your main color is green, the following colors could work:

Blue
Orange
Red
Yellow
 
I turned my hobby area inside out trying to find the Slann Starmaster I needed to build and prime for my next game--GW is currently out of stock in the USA so I couldn't order another one even if I wanted too--before finally, finally finding it in one of my battle cases, already built and primed.

So I suppose I'll build those three Ripperdactyl Riders tonight instead!

I need the Rippers built for my list too, so I'm doing things in an order that hopefully ensures I can play with a fully built and primed army if not a fully painted army. That said, I'm not likely to play until next Wednesday or Thursday and my wife is flying to California in the early AM tomorrow for a weekend conference, so I'll probably be hobbying a lot this weekend. Hmmm...

I’m also mulling over the possibility of a conquistador themed free guilds/empire army. Stunned that they made the knightly orders only for the compendium and not part of free guild so I have to run order if I do it.
Has anyone done an army themed like that?

I've seen conquistadors added to a primarily landsknect themed kingsomsof men army in kings of war
 
Did more on my Saurus with spears. Only had an hour or so, but got a couple dry brush layers on, got the claws on the feet done, and glued the four unbased ones on their painted bases.
 
I finisehd my Sunblood! (without the base though, will do that soon.)

Put together the Tamiya Triceratops kit together today, mini review. Nice kit, has a few gaps here and there but that's just models in general. Just needs some cleaning up and gap filling and it will be ready for priming.
 
Pretty productive hobby day, got a test model finished for my conquistador themed army and finished the gems on the bastilidon

Woot woot.

I finished one order of 3 before the air conditioner fiasco. I also have 6 more salamanders on my desk half painted
