Ok here the colors I used:
For the skin:

After the wash with agrax I first did on layer of the basecoat and then did two layers with increased amounts of the lighter color... 3:2 and 2:3... fished with a wash with sepia... I'm thinking about drybrushing with a 1:4 mix and maybe pure flayed ones flesh later... lets see...
For the scales:

Same as with the skin but using skrag brown for the mix instead of the base color... well on layer more than the skin and quite close to the result I wanted... no further drybrushing or so...
For the face and the belly:

Also quite the same as the skin... different mix... 1:1 and pure lothern blue...
For the crest:

And

Tried wet blending... used both colors as pure and a 1:1 mix of both...
A
nd last but not least... the eyes:

Used pure warlord purple,a 1:1 mix of warlord and emperor(tyrant would that be... if I'm not wrong...), pure emperor's children and 1:1 mix of the pink and scar white...
Feathers:
Basecoat and some accents were established before the washwith agrax... after that I took out my 0/5 brush and added some fine random lines on the feathers... the middle line was highlighted with one of the brighter colors...
That's it so far...
By the way... decided to paint all feathers in a brighter tone... makes the blue head more prominent... genes and headdress will be silver... his staff will be hold... And I'm still unsure about the two feathers for the headdress... maybe reverse the paint scheme of the feathers on his back? Or only red? Or do them all the same way? ... quite sure is that I won't add another color... but who knows? ... what do you think about green? ...
