Sad to hear you lost your job.
The best of luck with all that has to be done right now.

Gr, Imrahil
Thank you @Imrahil . I have confidence I'll be back to work soon. In the meantime, if you need any textured bases or movement trays, let me know.

Sucks that you lost your job, but your stuff still looks awesome.

Are these for you or commissioned work?
these are mine. specifically the stripped remains of my original tomb kings army.

My undead host has gone through 6 iterations, but i've finally settled on the crimson legion theme I'm currently using. I will explain more, but that will require more elbow room than i currently have.

@NIGHTBRINGER I seek guidance. Verdigris, or no?

I think it might look very good. If you are unsure, just try it on one model... or even on one part of a model; that way you can easily paint over it if you don't like the effect.

Funny that you should ask painting advice from the guy who never paints! Sounds like something that is more suited to the expertise of the mighty @Crowsfoot .

I'm mainly concernedwith whether I should do it over the entirety of the armor or just the weapon head

I'd say either all or none. I would assume that the armour and the weapon are of the same age (and since they are painted the same, they are also of the same material as well), as such, it makes more sense to me that they would oxidize in the same fashion.

@Lord-Marcus, if you do the verdigris, and like the look, you could also paint it on first and then dry brush the metallic color over. I saw that on a piece of terrain (the Ophidian Archway I believe), and the painter mentioned that's how he did it. It looked pretty good. You might already know that technique, but I wanted to suggest it, in case it helps.

It does help, thank you.

On an unrelated note, reinforcements have shown up. @NIGHTBRINGER what do you think of these?
