Grrr..... you make me want to get some Space Marines.
Salamanders are among the very few I _kinda_ like. A bit. And you painted that one so well, I want some too.
You are the devil! Admit it!

Do not sin, my brother! be strong! :p

Gr, Imrahil

PS: wonderfully done, again :artist:

Hi @Itepixcauh. Another great video! It's fun and educational to actually watch you paint (not that I can do it... but that's another issue). It's exciting to see some good results with contrast paints (plus traditional methods)

Anyway, what's your overall impression of contrast paints? Do you think it "replaces" washes or other traditional paints? Or do you think it speeds up your painting style?

Thanks again,
Just A Skink

Finally the most challenging Eavy Contrast Marine yet is DONE! Go check the full video tutorial:

I'm extremely pleased with the results on him, specially considering how much testing went into getting the armour colour just the way I wanted.

As always, thanks for watching!

New basing tutorial!

I had some fun with this one, super simple but really good looking.

Hope you guys like it! And thanks for watching!

Fantastic!

Side note: initially based on the picture I assumed the title of the video was "Learn how to Bake Bread" :D

I know, I know... I've gotten cookie, bread, marshmallow and mashed potatoes

The Raven Guard Eavy Contrast Marine is finally finished and the video uploaded!

This was by far the most requested of them all and as I find painting black extremely boring I decided to treat myself with some fun aged leather and some two tone action.

Hope you guys like it!

Awesome! gives a really good effect for very little effort

The Iron Hands 'Eavy Contrast Marine is here!

Painting metallics has always been difficult for me so I decided to tackle my fears head on with this guy, Black Metallic armour and two different tones of Steel on top of that.

Super happy and proud of the skin tone, went for a very desaturated look overall, that I think fits the Iron Hands very well.

As always, all Contrast Paints and Highlights.

Hope you guys like it!

My next big video is taking more than expected to finish so that means...

IT'S FILLER TUTORIAL WEEK!!

I decided to make a recipe for the Grey Knights Armour or any other Blue Steel you want to paint. It's quick and rather easy to make.

I really hope you guys like it!

The Eavy Contrast ULTRAMARINE tutorial is live!

I'm extremely proud of this one, I pushed myself really hard with the Edge highlights trying to achieve the Eavy Metal level and I think I got close. Had also some fun with a second edition, Mike McVey look that I really like.

Hope you guys like it!

I proudly and merrily present you DA RED GOBBO! You can watch a full video tutorial on him here:

This is my first ever Christmas Special video, the mini itself was a real pleasure to paint and very fun with all the freehand work it has.

Hope you guys like it!

Decided to make a tutorial on the Purple NMM as so many people asked for it.

This is the first time doing NMM and an amazing learning experience for me. I always feared NMM and never got to do it, now I'm glad I did. You never know what you are capable of, until you just go a do it.

Paint Bravely!
