Blog Back to Lizzies new and old. Also 40k?

They're my produce aisle skinks cause after i started painting them I realized where I'd seen these colours before :p
Ah yes, delicious bell peppers! Fantastic! I really like that squig and those swarm lizards, but the terradons are incredible! That smokey cloudy look to the wings is brilliant!

So I'm getting a bit burnt out on plastic skinks, thank sotek these are the last ones I'll have to paint and my terradons are in limbo of I'm not sure how i want to highlight these. So.....

In the mean time 2 pallet cleansing projects!

I got one of the plastic Saurus heros and hey look everyone ! It's a base!!! ;P Hero to follow at a later date.

Also if anyone remembers the long ago times of 10months ago I was working on a stergadon with blowpipes and a hero. But what about the priest that came with it?

It still needs a few more highlights and a base of its own but here's what I've come up with so far. Sorry pic 2 is blurry phone didn't want to focus...

Update on other projects in a bit once I feel there's more to talk about. :)

Looks so awesome! The snail is hilarious! It's Adventure Time! Fantastic job on model and base!

Yep also think the snail's a nice touch. ;)

He looks great! I just decided on painting my steggi red but damn green can look cool too - especially with the brown scales. I think the colors work really well together. Good job :)

Looks good! And yes, you are using the same plants I used for the tree. ;)

Red seems to be the classic stegadon colour but green and brown always come to mind as classic lizard/dinosaur colours :P.

They're ummm errr saplings????! ;P

Aside from the great basing and multiple colors you use, I really like the green highlighting on the stegadon itself.

Beautiful model, well done! :artist::jawdrop::vulcan:
