Blog Painting of Renown! (Just kidding... but this is my blog)

I don't recall anything in the game ever being based on a 50X150mm base.

My Bull Centaurs are based on 50X75mm bases. I'm fairly certain that is correct, but I could be mistaken (I hope not, because I've spent a lot of time crafting them custom built bases!).

Actually I just checked it and it's 50x100mm...

Bugger...

I think I'm going to keep them on though, as the model is quite long and would make it a ball-ache to rank up.

Question:

Some of my paints are separating and even with some seriously vigorous stirring, they rapidly start separating again.

Is there a solution to this? Or is it a sign to get new paint?

Any advice on what to do with them? I did a LOT of shaking and stirring, but once they were on the palette they started to separate again...
I wish I could offer you advice on it, but I've never had that issue. Unless you are talking about a metal paint on a wet palette, in which case I would recommend not using wet palettes for metal paints.

That's very odd indeed. That definitely shouldn't be happening, especially with paints that aren't that old. What kind of palette are you using? Are the paints still in their original GW pots?
