Son and Daughter of Bob are very impressed with the entries so far.

The adjudication team have decided to extend the formal competition period until 31 May 2013 and broaden the entry criteria to: anything really.

No entry will be deemed too silly. All entries welcome.

Please remember that Chuck Norris's decision is final.

.....Swiftstride, Armour Piercing, Causes Fear, Causes Terror, Frenzy, Hatred (Spanish)..... the list goes on.

They will probably be a "Rare" choice at a points cost of 130-160.

IMHO they will look out of place if you run a "Southlands" style army.

Oh really.

I can imagine the footage from awards night, when they have all the nominees in little insets on the screen. As you miss out, we are able to lipread "what the bleep", through your forced smile. Your eyebrows then suddenly settle into "crazy" position and your hand creeps towards your baseball bat. "I'll show them all," you think to yourself as the red mist fogs your vision....

I've seen it so many times before.

Apologies again. The engraver has been severely disciplined for allowing real life to intervene in the glittering awards ceremony.

The judges have been sent to their rooms because of their failure to reach consensus on the other awards. They have therefore announced a tie (after countback) in the category of "Most Meritorious Entry which Failed to Address the Competition Requirements." In no special order.....(drumroll.....)

Of course, there can only be one overall winner, and I wish to thank that person for providing some of the most disturbing images yet seen in the Warhammer World. His (or her) entry distills the lithe dynamism of a falling cow with the disturbing lack of scale or perspective which we have come to expect from Games Workshop. Students of high art should examine the use of a low point of view, a Spanish jockstrap and a deft excuse to embellish what might otherwise have been a mundane image.

As befits his status as Champion of all Lustria, Newscales receives the "Conquistador del la Rata"


Thanks to all of the other entrants. You may not have received awards, but the judges were moved to tears by many of your entries. I hope that you will not be discouraged by your apparent lack of (relative) talent and that you will participate in future events. You might get lucky.
