What's he got there in his hands? ;)

I think the idea of a wooden palanquin could look great. Add some leaves and bits for pops of color too.

I agree with adding leaves, looks like he is on a porch swing at this point. I think wood is going to be awesome though.
 
Yeah. Leaves will be added... And yyou can already guess what shape they will be... ;)
was also thinking about some flowers and carnivorous plants... maybe instead of snakes...
also wondering what kind of attendant he will have... maybe a skink with matches or a lighter... or maybe just a big bag of green next to him? :cigar:

If you're looking for some really nice plastic leaves then exo Terra makes some fantastic silk and plastic plants for pretty cheap. https://www.amazon.com/Exo-Terra-Terrarium-Medium-Abutilon/dp/B0002AR63W?th=1&psc=1
I've got these guys on my troglodon base and I really like them. The bigger leaves are pretty large but the smaller ones work quite well. Also if you're gonna pick them up go for the large size as the medium is about 12" long, but the large is at least 2.5' long and only a few dollars more. As for the attendant maybe have him carrying a big sack of goodies and a torch

Thanks... that's really bringing me forward... also the idea with the torch for the attendant sound good...
 
Had to cut up a skink or two cause of the inspiration I got from @ChiliPepa's conversions... no pictures yet... but I'm up to something...;)

Had a little green stuff session tonight...
Gave my razordon a face by doing it's second eye...

Changed the crest and horns of the saurus (May kind of sun blood? ) and added something to the throat...

Quite productive... but I really missed working on my hobby projects... needed a break from learning... now off to bed... Will have to continue learning tomorrow :(
Oh nearly forgot: I have a new tool for sculpting...
My wife's friend gave it to me... guess it works similar to @Rikard's bamboo stick...
