It's the little details that drive us crazyReally like them! And don´t worry about the spot, it took me a while to find it even after you mentioned it![]()
Just need to finish up his little squiggly beast for the baseThe command unit looks great! The star of this show though is that shaman. So many brilliant colours. Great detail and just looks so amazing!
Lots of layers after layersAmazing work! I especially love that orc Shaman. The depth and highlighting of the skin tone is superb.
Slow and steady wins the race!Lots of layers after layers.
I've done a lot of green and blue lizardmen so the ruddy brown was appealing to contrast for a change more like the urukai from lotr. Since people mention the skin, I made the colour using doombull brown and several mixes of lighter shades of the same over the raised bits with several washes of Agarax earthshade for the creases in the skin.Great work! Specially like the chaman´s skin tone! Never had seen a red orc!
One fast question: was there something in wurzag´s (I think that´s how he´s called) fluff related to lizardmen? Because his cloak can´t be other but skink skin.
Now that you mention it, it certainly does. Our poor scaly brother; let's just hope he took a few Orcs down before he fell. The shaman looks like he took down a lizardmen and turned him into a cape..![]()

Yeah I think I want to mix it with some darker blacks/blues for kind of a seagull, tern, seabird kind of look maybe a highlight colour in a couple places. Haven't figured it all out yet.I actulley really like the terradon paint job how its going a cloudy effect is a nice idea
They're my produce aisle skinks cause after i started painting them I realized where I'd seen these colours beforeThey all look great! Love the skinks, you have painted the skin beautifully.
