Update!
So I was lucky enough to be able to get my hands on this little fella...
As I said in the GW news thread I had heard it was one of the best varnishes out there, although I actually don´t know if it does something to actually protect the paintjob (if someone knows please tell me

). Anyways when I got home I set up to try it out.
The first thing I wanted to check is if it actually removed gloss, which it did. The picture above shows how the skinks movement tray looked after the PVA had dried and after the varnish the only difference remaining was that the PVA affected areas had a less sharp texture, so good enough

.
What I also wanted to test was how did it affect colour and clump foliage. Above a comparison shot of the saurus movement tray (unsprayed) and the skinks MT (sprayed). The skink MT appeared to be slightly darker, but that might well be that I applied a heavier wash. And even if it wasn´t the difference is not actually noticeable from above the table

. What it did more effect on was the clump foliage, which got slightly whitish after the spray. The texture remained the same and the foliage seemed as flexible as previous to the spray, but nothing very noticeable either. So judging from this small test I´m happy enough and will be spraying all the completed units from now on

.
I also finished the first 4 objective markers:
Number 1 is bronze, 2 stone, 3 my try at green obsidian and 4 some weird silver colour. Out of these my two favorites are bronze and stone, and as I can´t decide which one I like more I´ve decided to try to convine them, so made four more objective bases

.
I´m planning on painting one bone, like
@NIGHTBRINGER suggested, other one stone and bronze, other stone with bronze and silver gems and the last one I´ve just forgotten what did I plan for it

. I´ll tell you guys when I remember, but until then I´m up for more suggestions

I think I´ll have these painted for tomorrow.
And I also painted 3 saurus so far
Hope you liked this
